We landed march 27 2014 and about 2 weeks ago we received a notice in the mail from cic to submit new photos for the card.. is that common? And how long should we expect it to come in the mail?? Its been 95 days!

Hi everyone My husband did hus landing in toronto pearson back in march 27 2014 and at the airport they told us 6-8 weeks. Ive checked online the processing time when he first landed which was 62 days now its 94 days and we are still waiting. Should we be concerned??

Ive gone to the embassy manyyyyyyy times for my husbands case which is almist at the 22 month mark. Its still in secuirty check and thats something they cant speed up. They will only give u the status and tell u to wait until they contact u. >:(

they give me a update on my file what stage it is and thats it. They wont give me more info or let me speak to anyone else. I contacted my MP and i got nothing from him so it was useless. Inshallah khairr.

hi Cutesugar was ur app recieved in mississauga in nov 2011?? mine was recieved nov 24 2011. got my approval jan 2012. app started processing jan2013. second meds done apr 2013. i emailes the embassy n they told me ita in security background check still. is ur timeline around the same?
