Did you spoke with an actual agent or it was a system? I keep calling them, but hasn't been able to get to the agent even once for the last few weeks. Can't really understand why...:(- ari_99

what phone number did you use? I'v been calling at 1 888 242 2100, but every time when it gets to the option of speaking with an agent, it says that they can't accept the call due to the high volume and then call drops out :(- ari_99
