Yes, they are sending PPRs before 6 months are over. It depends on your Visa Office and how (un)complicated your case is. Many people in January, also few in Febrauary got their PPR before completing 180 days.

I think you can try both options i.e. send them a CSE as well as call them. But I would advise you to wait till you complete 6 months because I believe they entertain general queries only after 6 months.

I have started facing the same issue when I try to log in from my offfice computer. However, if I log in through my phone it seems to work just fine.

I so wish you were right regarding early closing of applications in case of PNPs. :) Seeing the trend of recent PPRs, it seems that regular FSW's and Inland applicants are being issued PPRs earlier than others.

I believe the heirarchy is something like this: Support Service Agent, Agent, Case Analyst and Visa Officer. Read this somewhere on the forum itself. I guess both of us are in the same boat, we have the same AORs and the same date of transfer to NDVO.
