Applied on 30th ... Waiting. My 2 friends applied on 23rd July and received visa on 31st.

U can take 1 course now and after that u can extend your study permit. About colleges i m not much known other than ontario region.

I really believe course selection is most important part. And GIS and Environmental is also Connective course. U do not have to compulsory take 2 year course. As u can take 1-1 year PG course. and can get 3 year Work Permit.
