@rockmi Regarding to your question,sonsor's interview is pesumably after 2-3 months.I received AOR in October,2012 and my sponsor was interviewed in December,then LOA was sent a day after.

ang requirement ng cic ay nbi clearance kc national yun,ang police local lang.ganun din ang akala ng niece ko nung 2010 nang nag-apply cla for prv.yun pala nbi clearance ang kelangan. ang tawag lang nila ay pcc in general kc wala naman nbi sa ibang bansa.

may i ask ... when was your nbi issued? what i know nbi clearance is good for 1 year.am i correct?

Hi! You may inform MPNP office about your lost LOA.I did the same thing when my LOA got lost in the mail.They are kind enough to resend you a copy.
