@Sadiqsaad, welcome to thread, if you search the SINP website you will find the program changes or on right hand side you will application guide for international skilled workers, in this guide they have mentioned points for specific selection criteria.

Hahahaha yeah u r rite every nominated applicant is prospective ........... Have they mentioned in the nomination letter saying that you can apply for work permit based on the nomination letter if so, just contact the MPNP coordinators and go ahead with work permit.
