Cause I have representative, honestly don't know what their excuse is on what they don't want to link my application. On ECAS I have no update since March 1,2019

What does the webform do? My lawyer sent webform in June and no further action needed. And I asked my lawyer to help me link my application to my GC Keys account. And they won't do it and make excuse for it, saying there's no point. I'm just like wtf.
