They wont give you status of application through webform. You need to use GCKey. Your application is not even 1 year old...so i think you need to wait for couple of months.

All depends on whether you are outland applicant or inland applicant. For Inland applicants(who are in Canada) taking around 12 months to 18 months to get PR, but for Outland applicants only GOD knows when they will touch the file. I sent my PR application almost 21 months ago. I have not...
