Hi, I don't know what happened or why is the reason for the cancellation in Feb. I was in Canada. I sent a message via web form and they replied that I have to wait. probably there is a huge backlog in the office of Montreal. probably because it serves a huge area and large number of applicants.

How much did you pay? maybe you have over paid the fees

Probably it is a mail not email. and I think it concerns a finger print request. wait a week and then call them to tell that you didn't receive any mail from them.

I think it is better to ask this question in an earlier thread like April or March or even earlier to find someone who attended a ceremony.

normally you receive a link to the book in your AOR. you can request a physical copy from the CIC website.
