If i lost the passport then should I write LOE and raise CSE? my passport was expired on year 2015. Also the travel document's instruction says "only valid" document to be attached. Please advise

You dont need to provide the expired passport copies to them but only valid passport copies.

It was in my old passport which expired in year 2015. I don't have it with me now, lost it actually.

If your bank is not providing that letter then attach 6 month of statement along with the balance certificate and also attach liability letter along with your credit card statement.

Yes, they gave me the same UCI number for express entry profile when I applied for visitor visa 2 years back.

For professional status or licensure, refer SINP website they have a document which shows which NOCs requires the license. About degree, diploma in canada, the answer should be No if you never outside india.
