I got medical request today....is medical request mean vusa approval?

I linked my paper application with online account there is no message despite one month has passed just showing the biomatrics date and expiry date...after how many days medical request is sent usually....

I applied paper based on 22 may VFS lahore...did not receive any letter nor medical request...you applied later than me but even showing medical passed...what should I do

applied on 22 may for mother super visa its apaper application with same day biomatrics I received an e mail from VAC on 27 that application is under process at IRCC office...but IRCC office does not send any e mail to me regarding this....is it normal or IRCC will also send an e mail..thanks

it means application is complete.....and one more thing when I try to check its status from IRCC website it shows nothing....please give info for both things thnx
