@ Dkera, you can not apply, until you file the 2016 tax. if you had filed the 2012 tax, then, you would have be able to apply. We landed in November, 2012 and in 2013 we filed the 2012 tax. so we were able to apply.

@Canada1234 my Application was also delivered today and was signed by the same person, LOCKE. meaning we having the same time line. Good luck as the race begin.
