Received AOR2 on October 30. What does that mean?

When did you apply?

Do they send an email when they start background check? Or has it already started when it went to Mexico? In your experience how long does it take when it gets to Mexico? Can I hope he will be here in December for Christmas? Sorry for the questions. But appreciate the answers.

That is frustrating. If they originally said interview was waived. Can and will they still ask for one?

Applied in February 2018. Application went to Mexico..... May 18 for further processing. Nothing heard for over 4 months. I would love to hear of some timelines.....this waiting is killing me. How much longer???

Hi. My lawyer said the interview was waived and no extra documents needed. Medicals are done and passed. He is in Dominican applying Outland. I’m guessing they could still ask for interview........I’m just reLly Hoping and praying he will be here soon with myself and our daughter.

So it took a full year. Did you have interview? Ours has been waived. I was really hoping he’d be here by Christmas. It was going so fast and smoothly then it just stopped. So frustrating.

Hi I am sponsoring my husband from Dominican.we officially started February 2 2018. It said that his application has been sent to Mexico for further processing on May 18th. It’s been 19 weeks without no feedback. Is this normal?
