Well, seems that you never submitted Your PCC, and the one you have is expired, so just stay on the safe side and get up to date PCC, rather than submitting outdated one and trying to explain why it's old etc. PCC is the reason you can be easily rejected, so don't f*** with it, pardon my french.

mine status also fixed back to "no additional documents required", my worries are more about recent cyber attacks activity on multiple countries IT systems, let's pray that cic has their system outstandingly well protected and all business continuity plans are met.

well, PR is 99% canadian citizenship, so I assume cic is extremely careful and do double-triple check using different members of staff.
