Hi Priya, Just want to ask if sending the signed IMM5669 form via webform has worked? Was you able to get an AOR or have you got your application returned? I did exactly the same and want to confirm if this might work. Thank you!

I put my name, nationality and passport number, sponsor’s name who sent the pacakage, the date application was received, the Canada post item number and attached delivery note. I also put fees receipts number. Hope this will be enough to track the application. Thank you so much.

I had the same problem and I have followed your advice and sent the new form today via webform. Unfortunately I dont have UCI yet as the package was received on 18 March. Thank you for poiting this out. Hope this will work though I’m so worried.

Don’t do this mistake. If you change the marriage date to a date after visitor visa rejection, ICC might think that you have entered into fake marriage for the sake of immigration only after visitor visa failed, especially that you did not mention your relationship in the visitor visa...
