I think it depends on where you took the test. My test centre does not give additional test reports. They however send to whichever institution needs it. I am worried now as I have had to resend the application without an original test result hoping CIC would accept that with an explanatory note.

Yes I attached copy, email from CIC saying file returned, and then and explanatory note. What do you think?
