It will go to the end of the queue. They would have to dig through all mail every day to catch returns from people like you, it's just unfeasible.

Yes, the magic January 14th date, they were giving it for months now. Meanwhile, a lot of people who submitted their applications on March, April, and even May already got their AORs...

Most probably, it's a coincidence. I sent two such emails, and every time it was "your application was not found, but we are processing applications that were sent before January 14, 2020" :)

You didn't say a word about kinds of jobs you are applying now :) What is your work experience? What jobs are you applying to?

Do not worry. The Canada Post employees are smart enough and will understand that the "Box" is actually a "Postal Box" :)

Your PR card is not the same as your PR status. The card is used only for travel, you if you do not go outside Canada, you can have an expired card for years before you renew it or get your citizenship.

There is simply no point in calling. They told me the same over phone and responding to web form in June, July, and a couple of days ago. "We are processing January 14th applications" - every time the same answer...

Application sent from Calgary on Feb 19 and received by CIC on Feb 21. Still waiting for my AOR. Excited that February applicants started to receive their AORs :)
