For Etobicoke office thats what we see now.
I have seen in other threads people from Kitchener and Niagara Falls recieved their cards in few weeks timeline.
It would be great if files could be reallocated to those offices that are not that busy...
Official processing time time is 123 days. Its been that high for a while now, and we are seeing on this thread that Etobicoke just started working on November applications. That is reality
I called (888) 242-2100. The best time to call is 8:00 am. The IRCC agent provided me with PR card application number and other info that needs to be entered and stayed on the phone line with me until I was able to link my application.
