I checked both Ecas and GC keys and there is nothing yet as before. Anyone knows how long it takes until I can check my condition on line?

Hello all I finally received my AOR today. It is 5 days earlier than what I expected (4 months). Let's see the processing time now. I posted on May 29 They received on June 7 I received AOR on September 24

If your case is easy less than a week. If you are unlucky and they send your file for secondary review, only God knows when. I afraid of the latter, because it happened to me last time.

Hi. Do you know why they have sent your file for secondary review? Last time since I had too many travels out of Canada and since the days I was in Canada was just a little more than 2 years, I was condemned to secondary review. Do you have a similar case?

From all the posts I read, it takes exactly 4 moths from the date we post our applications till they open and acknowledge it.

Hello I sent my documents on the 30th of May by normal post. I think there is no way to track the letter. How can I make sure they have received it? Do they answer me if I call them?

It's two weeks since I posted my application and I was worried why they do not send me acknowledgment. Now reading your posts about receiving acknowledgment after two months calmed me. Does it really take 2 weeks for the post to deliver the mail??!!!!!

OK then my case may not be a non-routine since when I contacted them, unlike yours, they never mentioned my case is non-routine. However, they told my MP: they are currently reviewing the residency requirements. I suppose it means they are checking if I have stayed here for at least 3 years...

Was it 13 months from the time they received your application or 13 months since you sent them those extra documents?

It is based on their own definition. See the first post on this page. For me it was passport stamps translation which they asked me at the interview, but normally it should not make any delay more than a month. This should not be an excuse to make me wait for 13 months.
