Yes, you are right. I noticed the same. It seems that it was fraud. And there is no one else who received the nomination, people just receiving pre-screening emails. The proccess is very annoying and definitely in black box.

guys, thank for answers, but which one can be considered as correct? :) I need to put all 9 experience under a single NOC = 15 points for experience? Or if I provide reference letters for both of them under different NOCs = 15 points for experience?
