Hey guys Anyone whose passport was delivered to ottawa on 22nd Dec and still no change in MyCiC neither return tracker got activated? As one of friend is worried cause nothing got change for him and he have to travel back home very soon We are hoping by tomorrow but anyone?

They generally check if you are not associated with any terrorist organization or if you are any risk to country or not. Also I think they do check ir travels in different countries

If they have sent passport back on 3rd so it should get delivered to your address in a day or two but as your tracking number is not activated thats weird. Please let us know if you get any update on that

Procedure remains same if u r just flagpolling I did renew my work permit at border last sept and I do have US B1/B2 visa So I was told to do same thing so it seems that it would be same procedure for this too

You can try calling in morning time Thats when ur call gets transferred fast

As your SINP is employer restricted, you cannot apply for BOWP, your employer have to pay complience fee and then you can apply

I would say submit your file based on Checklist. If they will need extra document, they will ask for And I m sure that you would have submitted your educational credentials while applying SINP I did same, I submitted while applying SINP but not while applying to CIC as it was not needed...
