I hope you get it soon! Try not to worry - it seems like nothing is very reliable when it comes to this process. Have you contacted CIC? Maybe they could give you some info?

Are you guys timing the OWP from the "Date Received" or from the time you got AOR? My husband's OWP application is listed as received on October 18th. No word yet. :rolleyes::confused:

Yup, we paid the full $255! :) All thanks to this forum. Thank you for the help! We're tempted to just not extend and take our chances; we got AOR already, and we were pretty darn careful with our applications.

Thanks for the response! In the event that the OWP is refused (not sure how common that is) - wouldn't he be out of status? Or would our PR application being in progress keep him in status? Just trying to cover our bases to avoid any future headaches. Thanks again for the help!
