Yes it is, and I have been struggled validating and uploading it on the GCKey account. However we called the immigration and advise us to submit via webform. This forum is very helful.

Hi, I can relate to both of you, i was able to validate sucessfully but in the button it says NO. Still I save it and tried to upload and it says that the upload is not sucessful. Please anyone help me how to upload on my GCKey account the eIMM5669E which is new June 2017 form. I find it very hard aside from when you validate it shows successful however on the top side is NO. Please help. Thank you
