My passport was dispatched today. It shows "your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office Accra on 04/04/2019 to the Visa Application Centre" should I be expecting an email from VFS? I have not received any correspondence from them since I submitted

Yay! Congrats. My application got approved today. Took 7 working days. I did not get any email. I logged into my cic and saw application approved. Waiting for PUM.

You can also raise a cse to know the status. My cousin got her file approved since Mar 7. Raised CSE and it said "We verified the information you provided and can confirm a decision has been made on the application. Rest assured that the responsible office will contact you by mail..."

There's a thread for people expecting PPR even though file has been approved. It was suggested you email another VO and ask them to issue your PPR. You can try that? I really hope you get it soon

Wow. 20 business days! Does the message change on the tracking when it has been approved or does it always show "processed passport has been forwarded to accra" and then "passport dispathced"

Thanks for your reply. The specs of the photo that was sent with the PPR email said 50 by 70mm. Which is the same one I used for my application and scanned.

@Peacekeeper87 hi. I submitted my passport yesterday at the VFS and I used the same digital passport that I uploaded for my application. The digital passport was dated 8th of October 2018. Is this ok as it is still within the 6months validity? It should be valid till 8th of April.. Please share...

I was given 15days also. I think your best option is to courier it rather than come to Lagos. Because you will still need to pay for the transmission to Accra, which is more expenses
