hi you can find photo specifications on CIC website and can write down with hand your name, DOB and date of photos taken on 5 of 6. Hope it will be ok

I think once you submit your application with the latest version of application form that will be accepted , it doesnot matter after that how many times CIC update the application form version l, your form must be accepted..

Its a general certificate so no need to be panic, as content always different in all states police dept. sometime they mention the specific country and reason for PCC, sometime not ......so just relax

hi mate you need PCC from UK as well, search for ACRO on google to get PCC, They cost 160 GBP for one person including postal charges, you have to attach two indian address proofs and attested photograph from someone professional who knows you?? They can take upto 40 working days
