Np, they started reviewing my availability this week and my background check hasn't started yet and on their website it only shows the date when they started processing my app and that medical results have been received but nothing like medical pass nothing about interview, or fingerprints i did...

I'm using a rep too and yes you can call bc i have called before and they ask some questions to know know that it's your app

Congrats!!!! I hope get mine soon this is my timeline app received Agu,27 2018, started processing feb,19 2019 all medical passed no more documents need not interview need no fingerprints need hope heard from them soon

I checked like 30 minutes ago and last updated is that they started processing my application on Feb 19th and when i called it say that the review of my availability hasn't started yet
