Congratulations! When was your DM?

Does any one knows how often KW office has oath ceremony ? Some friends here have received oath invitation today for 16 Feb and they are early Jan DM. I was DM on 12 Jan, so I’m hoping to be invited next round.

I think you have done the right thing. Hopefully they expedite it for you.

So can this mean at least for oath ceremony we are out of Kitchener office black hole?

I agree. This waiting with zero information and checking everyday is difficult. I hope you hear good news soon.

Thanks. I also read somewhere expediting oath for applicants with DM status is one of the current properties for CIC. Hope it’s true.

It’s interesting that the gap between ‘invitation for oath’ and ‘oath’ has been one or few weeks only for all cases I’ve seen recently. There used to be several months gap few months ago. So that’s not happening anymore? Hopefully this is the case, or I’m just looking into lucky cases?

Wait time after DM to oath invitation only 7-10 days? That would great. I received DM last Wednesday.

Hi friends, specially Raj @rajkamalmohanram :) For signing the oath form during the virtual ceremony, if signing a printed version, it should be signed infront of the CIC agent. What about electronic signature? If I choose electronic signature, I’ll just be asked to do that after ceremony on...

My test changed to completed today. I hope you see the completion very soon as well. I took the test on 24th.

It’s been a week since I took the test and still not updated to completed. Is this normal with Kitchener office? How long does it usually take ?
