You can't come back here if you don't hold a permanent residence card. My friend rejected the entry. He had to wait for PR card for months and could come back here. CIC is advising you have to carry a PR card.

I'm waiting for PR card. I have my time. this moment is so much happy after landed.

:( you still didn't received PPR yet. I think, this month, CIC gave PPR for only a few. Hopefully, you will be landing soon! Just be patient.
