Sorry just saw your question. Your wife can apply with you as co-applicant, but you cannot land before your wife. The rule is the principal applicant should land either before anyone else in the application or accompany the co-applicants during initial landing.

It totally depends on the call centre agent you end up with. Some are nice enough go out of the way from the actual protocol to check for you, some just strictly follow orders. I'd say give them a call again if you got lucky you may end up talking to a nice agent.

Nope, my return tracker has not been activated yet and my "to ottawa" tracker is still at "out for delivery" status.

Just checked myCIC, my application has been approved and status closed. So celebration time!!! So passports are safe and will probably reach me in few days...

I sent my passports on May 6th; tracker still shows "out for delivery" in Ottawa and hoping that it reached. Reading comments here, I think our passports are still safe and will reach my hands soon ;D The funny part is that I received PPR for my old paper-based PNP application 3days back...

Sent Passports today. Now time for some community work at Fort Mc... Hope they get back on track soon :(

You may very well create two profiles for each of you and add the other along in both the applications, no harm in that. Irrespective of who the main applicant is, it is generally a good idea to do whatever you could to maximise your score, so getting an ECA done for both of you is a good idea...

Back in the forum after a long time, nice to see FSW Inlanders getting all the shower. Hope the same happens to CEC Inlanders with no LMIA or PNP (like myself :P :P :P )!!!
