That first sentence is not true at all. I got a rejection in 37 days and a PPR in 23 days. Delay beyond 30-40 days is not normal. But people do get approved after 70 days also. Good luck and hope for the best :)

Maybe because of following reasons: VO is not convinced your course is relevant to your current employment. You did not give affidavit/undertaking from sponsors for living expenses. You did not show immovable property in your country(house). Happened with me also one time, Good luck :)
