Yes apply with all documents. These so called agents doesn’t know anything and give wrong advices. Whenever u apply for any visa give them all related documents even which seems irrelevant.

You can wait, but if u really want to apply again. Apply through New Portal if you have applied through GC key before. Nov and Dec were full of decisions. U can try your luck

When did u apply?

Try submit information using Webform, provide passport colored copy as well through Webform. DONOT cancel current passport if possible bcoz in case u recve approval on current passport than May be it will be an issue

It all depends you can not assume what will be the decision. I have a visitor visa. I applied for my wife and 2 kids last month and their visas also got approved within 14 working days. Best of luck to all who are waiting for the decisions
