I see that the processing time for Work Permits Outside Canda i.e India is 50 weeks...that is almost an year.... I am outside too but in another country thwere the processing times is 11 weeks... Lets see what happens... but the fact its, these processing times mean 80% of applications are...

Thanks for your response. As per my research, we do not need any police certificate for PGWP application from Outside Canada. The requirements are the same wether from inside or outside....only processing time varies. Maybe, if PR is involved or Express Entry etc, then of course they ask for...

You dont need to listen to everyone that tells u smth... secondly, if you completed a course which was a prerequisite to your admission/course as a visitor in canda, you can apply from within. Secondly, due to COVID no one can move out......or enter to his/her country...so no point of getting...

I dont think you can do it. While applying, it clearly asks you if you have done Upfront Medical or not.............If not, it does not chooese the SDS program for you...........If you select YES while not having the medicals actually, you will be lying and any explanation will not cover this...

Dont think so bro... even the form is named as ... applying from outside canada............ so one can not be in canda and pretend to be outside...

You mean I will select my country of residence as USA while i am here in Canada? Dont think so. It would have been possible if one could go to USA and apply and then come to Canada the other day.........and if anything was required in the USA office, one could go and submit.........but current...

Unless very unlucky, I dont think they will know if your visa for any other country was denied ....... my personal opinion...
