What is the issue with your POF? Half of my funds are not 3 years old. So I am also worried and my IELTS got expire last month. IELTS exams have not been started in India after lockdown. So not sure what would be the outcome.

What does this mean. This is on SINP website. Can we submit the request again if they send ineligible status.? Effective May 16, 2020, the timeline to submit Requests for a Second Review will be shortened from 45 days to 30 days after the SINP has issued an ineligibility letter.

For 2 years you have to stay in the Saskatchewan, But if you write to government about your situation, they will allow you to work on Ontario. But that you need to show all documentation related to employment. Good luck!!

Any idea what will happen if Ielts got expired during SINP process only. Mine is still AR and IELTS got expired. And now I am not able to give IELTS due to lockdown. Will they reject? But it was valid when I submitted application on 13th Dec. NOC 2171

Now I am worried as 70% of my funds were from PF which were 3 months old which is fine but for 30% of funds , I had created Gift deed which was created one day before submission. I am now very much worried as my IELTS also got expired 1 month back. Not sure if they will reject my file too. But...

What is PF certificate? Will PF statements work? I have submitted PF statements. I am in Noida but my PF office is in Chennai.
