Was it not indicated in the letter sent to your employer what year of tax return is required from her? Other officers require 3 years, but others require only one year which is the recent year. Just follow what year is indicated in the request.

Hi @Eresco, were you able to check who is the officer who requested payment for rprf and updated forms? Is it still officer KB?

That's good to know. The officer's initial is indicated at the bottom part of the letter, I guess.

Feb 8, 9, 2021 applicants got med request, pcc and updated forms. I saw a post 1 Feb 1, 2021 hsw applicant also got update. But haven't seen hccp Feb 1, 2, 3 and 4 who got update. How about you, did you get any?
