eCOPR is delivered via PR portal once your declaration and mailing address is approved.

Sounds like its PPR, its generally addressed to Primary Applicant. Have you received eCOPR already?

You need an immigration lawyer (not consultant). You must act fast and appeal through the lawyer.

At this point your application is basically approved, but the status online changes only after all the final formalities.

I just linked my PR Card application to GC Key, when I linked my application the initial status was Pending for Registration, after I refreshed it changed to Submitted. It seems to imply we must link the application.

Thank you, please keep posted about your photo review. I think the PR Card application must linked to track the progress and get messages, at least from my previous experience certain immigration applications are only processed after they are linked to a GC Key account.

My timeline is similar, received eCOPR today. May I know if your photo is approved? Mine says still under review with IRCC.

Once your COPR is received, none of your temporary resident documents are valid. The PR approval letter itself says reply at earliest to avoid any delays. You have to choose between having further processing delays OR postponing your trip by a month or two until PR card is received.

Its possible, I read somewhere in the forum that if you already have a PR portal account they usually ask for a different email. You might want to do some digging on that.

Did you make sure there is no glare or white light on the face in the picture? I had issues with size initially, I had to upload an high resolution as the size is downgraded while cropping.

In that case the PCC you submitted with AOR is still valid. Whether it will expedite the process, its unlikely but you may give a try if you want.
