Yup, raise a concern again.. last time it took two days for them to reply, saying that they put it on priority... it's been 15 days since, that's why I emailed them again... got the standard response email just now, waiting for the one saying that they are putting it on priority *again*

Hang in there.... Waiting for it as well. BTW , I've requested GCSM notes, but it's been 46 days since and still no notes. Raised a concern again through email with the tracking number. Anyone had such delays?

Yup, Brazilian as well. The waiting game is a pain! Might as well send an email monday if I don't get my notes by then.
