Yeh. I am under the similar situation. My medicals is been cleared on aug 14th. My friends said will get copr with one month of medical clearance update. I haven't contacted ircc. I know my friends got copr recently who applied on july.

CEC INLAND ITA received : July 15 Applied PR : July 21 AOR : July 22 Medicals Update : August 14 Biometrics have been given already during PGWP Any guess how long it will take for application approval? The processing time says 44 days for new PR card. Thanks.
