I have not received any ghost email when criminality passed. However I could see when i logged in it showed on application "Application/Profile Updated" in place of "Submitted".

Actually I reported a technical issue on that 100% bar. The Webform URL wasn't functioning. And I believe to resolve a technical issue they have removed the complete progress bar along with text.

@legalfalcon - While I am CEC applicant and waiting for COPR, If I have to leave Canada for some time, what is the process I would have to follow? I may have travel out of Canada for 2 months. My AOR is from May 8th 2020. Would me PR application then go on hold until I am back?

Called IRCC today and same response that criminality is in progress. No change since I gave biometrics. May 08 AOR, Nov 06 Biometrics. Rest all passed.

You can accompany your spouse for Biometrics and they will finish yours too.. All the best :)
