I received the email on Feb 6, 4:48am as per my local time (Nepal), which is equivalent to "Feb 5, 17:02 PM" on Canada

Even i have send, few additional documents 2 weeks before, i received email today

I agree with Sujwal, those who received AOR r not on safe zone, however selection will be done among those who have received AOR....

Although they had updated only on 10th jan saying "The intake threshold for International Skilled Worker applications without job offers has been reached" the cap had reached on 3rd jan itself, but the update was done later as per their policy of updating on weekly basis. so what i think is...
