    @VJN I think we are in the same boat... I'm also April 2017 applicant and bgc still says "not applicable." Also in your earlier posts you mentioned how much your marriage has suffered in this processed - I can completely relate to that as well. So please take some comfort in knowing you are not...

    Good God I hope not!!! My MP calls me once a month to provide me with routine updates. I didn't ask them to; it's just what the office does for all their cases. Now I'm wondering if the delay in my application is because we pissed off the officers lol

    The only question that comes to mind is if you did Nikkah 2 years ago, then why did you choose to wait all that time to apply for spousal sponsorship? Usually people apply almost immediately after getting married. As for being rejected for visitor visa, I don't think that should cause you too...
