Interesting responses. In taht case which other state should I look upon.... where after 2 yrs we are able to apply for PR ( Except Ontario) We have to pick up a course ASAP !

Yeah they do... But i also heard they had locations where it's usually English speakers live. Which else state would you recommend for a study purpose that will help to attain PR in the end, OTHER THAN ONTARIO!
