My husband's first medical expired 52 days ago.. No reply from CIC if they need his remedical done or no.. Can anyone please let me know in what cases they ask for remedical.. and what to expect from them.. July 24th applicant :(

I submitted an application for my husband PR in June 2015. Sponsorship started processing in July 2015. Current, CIC timing for outbound spousal application is 13 months processing time. We are on our last month (13th). By when, can we expect an answer for this PR?

Currently, I am in Canada and my husband is in India. Canadian processing time is 13 months. With GCMS, can they provide further information on my file, even if processing time hasn't passed yet?
