Unfortunately not. They keep telling they haven't received any email or post from WES. And WES won't disclose to which email address they sent the email. If you are just applying you can try to reach "Evaluation" and discuss further how to get it done...

I called them. However the person mentioned they cannot do much as its between WES verification team and University. They cannot even tell if the postal reached as there is no tracking.

Looks like ICAS is nightmare. Taking almost year for entire process in the name of high volume and requests. How WES is managing to do so fast? They are extremely slow. CIC needs to regulate them or do something. 10-12 months is just too much of time.
