It really does vary you can get within a week ,then it can expand to 30 60 or so.but average:) from trackers is 100 days.so relax and wait for it to happen

Nope no effect for visitor visa:)..I had a visitor visa rejection too before I came on work visa.Relax and just expect the security to complete soon.
