My husband applied for asylum in USA and got rejected I am applying for FSW and will have to show this in background declaration form. Does anyone see TWO "In process" statuses on Ecas?
do I need FBI I am citizen of India and I stayed in US on B1/B2 visa for about 10months Does it mean that I have to apply for FBI clearnace even though I am applying from India Please anyone has idea Thanks- jckdry
