Do they send an email to the email address that’s linked to your IRCC portal when application passed the medical?

I applied through new portal as well! They might have closed it because of the backlog so they can process existing files. And I am not sure if they really stopped it for sometimes or not, I heard it from a known immigration consultant.

They just need to send you a PPR letter, not sure how they process the files. If the file has everything on it, like biometrics and medical just make the decision and take it out of the que. why wait long time? I don’t understand their process, i feel like they are processing files from old...
