i think you need to wait at least two weeks. As the July first week applicantions have not been assigned to nominee officers yet. They are really very slow.

NSOI officers are too strange. Yesterday they replied me an email which I sent three months ago, telling me that they are processing the backlogs currently. But for the one I sent two days ago, which includes my case number, they didn't give me a response... :(
