Does anyone know what the process is if you fail the online citizenship test? Can you retake it within your testing window or do you need to wait for IRCC to contact you to take it again?

I received the test invite email on July 21, 2021....to test between July 23 and August 13, 2021. The email also asked for scanned/PDF copies of my passports/travel documents. I am emailing those into the Edmonton IRCC office either today or tomorrow.

I received my card on Friday, July 9, 2021 (I am in Edmonton, Alberta - card was sent to me from Sydney, NS)

No, the IRCC did not send me anything (no email, no mail)....I just logged into the Client Application Status portal and it gave me that information.

Yes but it wasn’t a typical AOR in my opinion …just an email, not a PDF letter/attachment (which I what I received for other applications).

Just an update for my renewal - a couple of weeks ago I sent a webform requesting a status update and I supplied all of the documents. I received an email from IRCC today (June 22) stating I can check my application status so logged into ECAS and it now says "Decision Made" for my PR Card...

Yes, this was the same email I received - which I then submitted all of the info and documents and received an acknowledgement the next day. I will check online again later today.

I wish that the same thing happened for me - but unfortunately, no AOR for me. Also, I checked the PR processing times - they are at 80 days now. Last week it was 75 days, and I think a couple weeks prior to that it was 70 days....so things are just taking longer :(

My background check went to complete on Jan 15, 2021 and I haven't heard a thing - I'm definitely beyond the 90 day (rumour)

In my experience, it is taking longer than 75 days. My PR renewal app was delivered to IRCC on March 22, 2021 and I have not heard anything from them. Follow the PR new/renewal 2021 thread for more detailed discussion on timelines for 2021.
