As a reference for all of you, My friend sent his photo in July last year to Sydney office and I got his card in Feb this year. I am bringing his card out of Canada so he can use it to come back.

It is really unfair as in tossing a coin, although to my favor. I have AOR July 19th and got my COPR late Feb. There are people in April AOR who gets COPR just last week. And there are people in April still waiting.. not that i have anything to complain cos im lucky:)

Even if you do have a copr, you still need to apply a PRTD to come back. Or do you have a work permit or something that is not expired yet to come back?

How did you know IRCC stopped working from march to august? can you link a news post?

Try changing the email address in your cic profile. The second day I have "approved" message in my online application, i changed the email, and immiediately received the COPR

So you sent your photo using MAIL in Nov,right? and when did you get the PR card?

They probably only processed THOSE TWO people that month :). 15 days for 1 card. Maybe one employee is in the office playing computer games for 14 days and prints 1 card the next day.

Did they say if there are actually employees WORKING in the Etobicoke office and are printing cards everyday? It doesnt seem this way. Noone gets a single cards since Nov.

Then there is a technical problem. contact them by clicking "report a technical problem"

My friend got COPR in JAN 2020. and recently just got his PR card. It took him over a year and he asked me to bring the card overseas so he can travel back to Canada.

Well I am travelling anyways. Just mail your Pr card address to a friend and ask him to send it to your country. They are not gonna stop me.

Just assume it takes a year. it makes you feel better. A year from your copr DATE.

How did you get 8 in writing and 7.5 in L? I worked for 3 months with a one-on-one teacher to only focus on my writing. And I got R:8.5 L:9 S:7 W:7.5 .. didnt work on R and L at all, writing is exclusively difficult to get high scores..

If you dont see it , you have not "successfully linked". I think what happened is that when you click "submit" after the linking page, you didnt click the "link to my account" button. (it appears white and is easy to miss). So you only searched and found your application, but didnt link it. Go...

if you wanna study, get a study permit. without copr , you will pay international rates.

of course, I said go, which means "get out of canada". I am asking my friend to receive the card and mail it to another country so i can use it to come back.

Maybe its a coincidence for me. But the second day after I got update in my online portal, i found that my email is still my agent's email. So I changed it that morning, and withiin 5 mins I received the copr in my new personal email.

Try changing your email address in your cic "account profile". upon changing it, i immediately received the copr from my new email address
