What was your timeline for postal application

Could u share the timeline of your family members...

It took 4 days to change status on BLS.. 17th Nov : processed n printed 21 st Nov: in transit from consulate to BLS 22nd t Nov :Ready to dispatch 23rd : reached. It's walk-in application

I got my tracking number yesterday and passport today... So walk-in Nov 10- passport Nov 23...2 weeks ... Postal to consulate itself takes 6-9 +days..for me it took 9 days..

I IT just says ready for dispatch,no tracing num so far .the customer said if it's gone for dispatch through tracking ask the Purolator to hold and get it from them..

Thank you so much,if my postal works like the same..I too will try to wait in line...my status has been updated,but they are saying different...since I got time for this 1,I wil wait it out .and for postal wil try to stand...to which BLS did u go BLS Brampton?..

Did u by any chance got yours before they shipped...my status is ready for dispatch,when asked in BLS,they said they don't have it..but I saw a status in transit from consulate to BLS 4 dispatch status...

My granted was 17th Nov 21 st Nov in transit to BLS today So I believe another 3-5 days. Once you get your visa ,you can travel anytime..get OCI later..

Today I called a customer care,asked him whether I can pick up my application once it reaches office. This customer care asked to give a call to the customer care,and will try to help out ..no idea wats true and wats not...6 days means from under process to consulate to printing...?..my walk-in...

Consulate,sometimes they process fast...for some it dint...granting and printing took only 5 days..16th it has been even printed..but there has been no update regarding reaching the BLS office .. it's been 4 business days already..

My postal application says under process,but dint say anything about consulate...what does that mean....

Does any1 know anything about traveling to India with surrendered Indian passport. ..if suppose my kids visa delivery is getting delayed(hoping not), can I take my kid with the passport with surrender certificate to India and ask someone to bring her Canadian passport to india after it's...

Did you check the Indian website..any progress

One of my previous update status changed at 9 at night...don't know how...I check every 4 hours...

Am on the same boat...I don't understand what they are trying to say..when I called the customer care,he dint give me proper answer that I could understand..he was saying we can pick up postal applications becos the centre is different from walk-in..I told him my postal app went to BLS Brampton...

Check in Indianvisa website also...whether it's under processing or granted but not printed or processed and printed

Try for daily walk-in appointment..if it's tough to get,and if you don't have time,postal s better..but postal is based on luck 2.5 weeks to 1 month.. my nov10 walk-in has been granted and printed waiting for transit to BLS and to home . Whereas my postal nov12 is still in application generated...

Did your status change...did you check Indian website...under process-under or granted or visa printed status.. My 12th submitted postal application generated application on 16th Nov from no records...waiting for it to change to consulate...

Try walk in ,that's faster .postal have minimum 30 days...
